African quilt for Niece

Here is the quilt top almost put together for my niece who travels to Africa once or twice a year to work in the bush with vets on the big cats. She has been bugging me for a long time that she wanted one of my quilts to snuggle in but none of the ones I have were right for her. Till I found these fabrics in Hilton Head at a cute quilt shop I visit everytime I go there.
I'm planning to put a small black border, then a small border of all the prints and then a 4 or 6 inch black border. Any other suggestions???

This woodpecker sat in this position on the birdfeeder for 2 hours without moving. He must have been waiting for a bug.

What we do for food!!!!! Love it. Have a Great Day!!!

This quilt is really great. I love the jungle animal prints.

I can't believe the woodpecker could hold on for so long. He's a pretty specimen too.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I think the border is working too. Did you know that if you put a check mark in front of "show email" in Edit Profile that people could email you directly back when you leave a comment?

I love the way the animal prints turned out. Those types of prints often look 'tacky' to me, but not here! Well done.
